please don't rush me, i am disabled and go to school full time. turnaround time may be affected by a variety of factors (personal obligations, mental and physical health, commission size, placement in my queue, etc).

i will be transparent and provide updates as frequently as possible. feel free to ask questions, but please don't be pushy or aggressive with me or i will decline working with you in the future.

turnaround time may vary due to life circumstances, but the average is 2-3 months. please keep that in mind when commissioning me.

i do not work on deadlines. ever.

do not claim my artwork as your own, credit must be given if you use it in any way.

do not use my artwork to train artificial intelligence/AI.

do not use my artwork/designs commercially (licensed business mascot, merchandise, "redesign adopt", etc) without my explicit written permission beforehand. depending on the circumstance a commercial fee of $50 USD may be required beforehand.

i do not condone the use of my artwork for NFTs. if my work is minted as an NFT without my consent, a minimum licensing fee of $1000 USD per token is required and you will be blacklisted effective immediately.

commissioners will receive an unwatermarked file (with the exception of fandom commissions) once the work is completed and has been paid for in full.

i use filters on my work, but unfiltered versions can be provided on request.

i reserve the right to post commissioned artwork to my social media unless requested otherwise.

blacklisted users are not allowed to use/repost my work (art, designs, moodboards, etc.) in any form.

if i am made aware that a character design/art piece that you own has been stolen/copied, i will reach out to you via dms to inform you as soon as possible. how you respond is up to your personal preferences, but do not harass or send threats towards the individual responsible.

please provide a clear safe for work (SFW) reference of your character and how you would like them to be drawn, or in the case of custom commissions, a clear description of your desired design (preferably with reference images).

if your reference is a photo/scan of traditional art, please also provide a digital reference of your character's color palette.

i will not accept commissions with ai generated references or of ai generated designs.

if you do not have a safe for work reference of your character and are unable to properly censor your reference, you will be required to pay an additional $5 fee before i begin your commission. please do not send me fetish imagery, including "safe for work" fetishes.

i will not accept commissions of "zoosonas" or dedicated characters for zoophilic nsfw.

if descriptions of either the pose or the design details are not provided, i will consider the commission to be artistic liberty.

if a reference is not provided for art commissions, i will decline your commission.

i accept payments via ko-fi or paypal in USD only, i do not accept virtual currency (ie. deviantart points), cryptocurrency, or payments via any other avenue (such as via check or wire transfer).

payment must be provided in full before i begin work, i do not accept payment plans.

holds over 48 hours are only given for mutuals/trusted friends.

if payment is not made within 48 hours then i will consider the commission slot canceled. if this happens multiple times then you will be blacklisted.

i only give refunds unless i am unable to complete your commission for any reason, if you are dissatisfied with the artwork please contact me during the commission process. i promise i don't bite.

if you are given a refund in the middle of the commission process then i retain the rights to my work, and i reserve the right to reuse unfinished work for personal use or profit (ex. retooling an unfinished design commission to be an adoptable).

you will be immediately blacklisted and i will publicly warn others of your behavior if you file a chargeback or dispute after receiving the finished product.
